This turbo is guaranteed to be a direct bolt-on, exact fit OEM replacement! Only fits early 1999 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. Early 1999 models have a production date of December 12th 1998 or earlier, and "Power Stroke" badges on the front fenders. Late 1999 models have a production date after December 12th 1998, and "PowerStroke" badges on the doors
