Sometimes you need to return an order, and we make it as straightforward as possible — here’s exactly how it works, with no fine print and no surprises.
60-day returns
Any un-used, un-installed product can be returned for a refund within 60 days of purchase. Items must be in original, resalable condition and packaging. To start a return, click here for our return request form.
An easy, insured return label
For new-part returns within the contiguous 48 states, we email you a prepaid UPS return label — no trips to the shipping counter to price out a heavy box. Because we ship in volume, our negotiated UPS rates are typically well below retail, and every return is fully insured, so you’re protected in transit. The label cost is simply deducted from your refund.
Know your refund before you ship
Before you send anything back, we’ll email you a clear, itemized breakdown — part total, return shipping, the restocking fee, and any tax refunded — so you know your exact refund amount up front. No surprises.
Restocking fee
Un-used, un-installed returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
Pack it well
Turbochargers are heavy, so please package your return securely in the original box with all accessories and documents — and we strongly recommend double-boxing. If a return is damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging, it may not be eligible for a full refund.
Your refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund — including any applicable tax — to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several additional business days to appear on your statement.
