I can’t review the turbocharger yet, but I can review this company. After going through 4 turbochargers in 2 and 1/2 years (all had a warranty), I did some research and landed on the company. I called Stephan and asked a million questions. They have 4 different turbochargers for my vehicle. I was interested in the OEM Mitsubishi. Stephan went over all of them and talked me into the Factory brand. Mainly because it has the best warranty (3 years) and if something goes wrong, I deal directly with him. It was $500 less than OEM and a better warranty so I agreed and ordered it. It was at my door in 2 days. I could tell immediately that this was a much higher quality turbo than the one I had previously purchased. I installed it and so far it is preforming excellent. Time will tell if it’s going to last, but I feel pretty good about it. More importantly, this review is for the customer service I received from Stephan. Praying this turbo lasts!
