Upon receiving. first thing you notice is the packaging. It arrived in a very sturdy box with injected style foam inside to secure everything inside the box in its place. The quality of the turbo appears to be excellent. It appears to be a perfect match to my original Mini Cooper turbo. It included the turbo and downpipe gaskets, as well as some copper washers and even a syringe to prime the turbo! It also has written easy to follow instructions on how to install and what else to replace in order to not void the 3-year warranty. Overall very happy with the turbo, price, warranty and service provided by Turbochargers Direct!
