- Return merchandise must be complete, un-used, un-installed, and in re-sellable condition. If your return is received in any other condition you may not be eligible for a refund. We strongly recommend that you securely package and double-box your item(s) before returning them, to ensure that they are not damaged.
- For returns shipped from within the US 48 states, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. For returned orders, all shipping expenses will be paid by the customer. Pre-paid / seller-paid shipping expenses will be deducted from the return refund.
- Some merchandise including, but not limited to special-order items and custom-built items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
