This wiring harness adapter allows you to use Garrett part number 848212-5001S (our SKU TUR-100029-GTN) or 848212-9001S (our SKU TUR-100029-GTR) on the LLY Duramax engine. Garrett no longer produces the original LLY turbocharger, so this would be required if you'd like to install a "true OEM" turbo on an LLY Duramax.
