This is a brand new oil return line that fits the original turbocharger (or any stock replacement) on all Ford F-Series trucks, E-Series vans and Excursion SUVs with the 6.0L Power Stroke Diesel V8. This is a direct-fit replacement for Ford part numbers 6C3Z-9T515-A and 6C3Z-9T515-B found on 2006 and newer models, but backdates to 2003-2005 models as well.
