This is a brand new, genuine OEM BorgWarner electro-pneumatic wastegate actuator, part number 173935. This fits various S400, S410 and S430 turbochargers and does not require programming, but may require the factory service manual in order to make sure you set the correct range of motion for the actuator arm.
