This is a brand new, genuine OEM oil line banjo bolt that secures the turbo's oil feed line to the passenger side cylinder head on all Subaru EJ engines. This bolt has a filter screen on the inside that keeps debris from clogging the turbo's oil feed line or reaching the turbo, but over time, that filter itself can get clogged up and restrict oil supply to the turbo. Subaru TSB 02-103-07 reccomends you clean that oil screen with each oil change, and replace this bolt along with the turbo.
