This is an exact replacement for the OEM IHI RHC6 turbocharger that was originally equipped on the 6.6L Duramax diesel, RPO code LB7. This turbocharger includes the pneumatic wastegate actuator and installation gaskets.  This turbo is guaranteed to be a direct bolt-on, exact fit OEM replacement. Fits 2001-2003 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra pickups with the 6.6L Duramax diesel V8, plus 2004 models with engine code LB7. Your truck should have an option list printed inside the glovebox; if your truck is a 2004, check for RPO code LB7 to confirm fitment. If you see LLY, this does not fit but we do have that turbo available. Not compatible with the California Emissions package. Check the emissions label under your hood: if it says CARB, you have the CA emissions option and this will not fit. If it says EPA or Federal, it means "49-state" and it will.
