If you’re facing the task of replacing the turbos on the Infiniti Q50 or Q60, this technical service bulletin, ITB22-038, might be helpful. Important to note is that Infiniti has revised the part numbers and designs of the turbochargers over time. The most significant change is the deletion of the exhaust gas temperature sensors which existed on earlier applications. If you purchase replacement turbos for your Q50 / Q60, they will not include a provision or port for an exhaust gas temperature sensor. If your existing turbochargers previously used EGT sensors, you will delete them when you install new turbochargers, and you will need to reprogram your ECM (refer to ITB17-050).
